Sometimes I’d manage to attract a girl, but they would get sick of me quickly because they just saw me as a friend. In high school, I was a star actor in theatre class and got a lot of lead roles. My letters would always come back to me checked “no”. Silly, huh? In middle school, I wrote love notes to girls in class with a question on it like, “I like you, do you like me?” with an option to write a check for yes or no.
